After the turmoil of the past few weeks, our team is back on track!
What we have been up to:
Mikey has been working on the hybrid mobile app that is the core of our project and will shortly have a mock agenda displayed. We have also been integrating Watson within the app and will soon have the functionality for our clients to converse and ask questions.
Andy has made a lot of progress with the notification system. Now the briefing consultants are able to track clients when they reach the site and get a slack notification. By doing this, the consultants will be waiting for the client and there will be no down time for our clients at reception.
Fabien has setup the first Watson conversation and our clients can now ask basic questions about IBM and Hursley. We still have to feed in more questions for Watson to learn but the core functionality has been achieved!
On the business side…Adriana has been working on the presentation and white paper, which is the business case and will be used for the continuity of our project after extreme blue is over. All the techies have been working very intensely to be on track with our deadlines and Adriana is a happy camper 🙂

Ok but let’s be honest, it’s not always rainbows and butterflies (you might want to listen to Maroon 5’s song now)…Fabien gets grumpy at times…and gives up hope…
The many gadgets of Client Butler:
On a fun note, our team has been getting all these gadgets from our mentors (who love us!) to integrate with our project and find cool ways to use them! Let’s say this is Fabien’s daily motivation 🙂
